History of Qwan Ki Do Development in the country
Qwan Ki Do officialy started to be taught in USA, in Clarkson University during 1990, under the diligence of Patrick Kelly, one of the Master Pham Xuan Tong disciples.
The school was officially opened in 1991, and Master Tong came over twice for demonstration in America and offered seminars to promote Qwan Ki Do.
